Phoenicia
Phoenicia sits where Stony Clove Creek meets the Esopus, its Main Street set at the junction of Routes 28 and 214 beneath three peaks. In summer the Esopus is run by tubers, the former Ulster & Delaware depot houses the Empire State Railway Museum, and the library on Main Street describes itself as the first certified passive-house library in the country.
