Millerton
Millerton is a village of about 900 people at the crossing of Routes 22 and 44 in the northeast corner of Dutchess County, with the Connecticut line a short drive east on 44. Its Main Street commercial core is a National Register historic district, and the Harlem Valley Rail Trail, laid along the former Harlem Line right-of-way, passes through the village on its 26-mile run from Wassaic toward Hillsdale.

Part of the Town of North East (its western side, toward Pine Plains) lies in the Pine Plains Central School District (ppcsd.org), so rural addresses outside the village should be checked parcel by parcel.
